Creating an Empowering Work Environment will be held Aug. 19, 1 to 5 p.m. at the Lake Terrace Convention Center. This seminar will provide ways to get the best from employees. Attendees will learn to support empowerment by building a supportive work environment, adopting effective leadership practices and coaching risk-takers. Through this, teams will work together more effectively and efficiently as they respond to the organization’s business needs, priorities and interests. A leadership Action Planner and Job Aid Card are included so participants can fine-tune their newly acquired skills back on the job. The fee is $110.
