Attendees will learn to support empowerment by building a supportive work environment\, adopting effective leadership practices and coaching risk-takers. Through this\, teams will work together more effectively and efficiently as they respond to the organization's business needs\, priorities and interests. A leadership Action Planner and Job Aid Card are included so participants can fine-tune their newly acquired skills back on the job. The fee is $110.
