What You Need to Know About Hip Replacement Surgery

Dr. Elliott Nipper is a fellowship-trained, board-certified arthritic joint replacement orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Nipper, a native of Grenada, joined Southern Bone and Joint Specialists in 2008 after a fellowship in joint replacement in  Phoenix, Ariz. Dr. Nipper received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and  psychology from the University of Mississippi. He received his medical degree  from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and completed his  residency and internship at University of Mississippi Medical Center. He is a  member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Medical  Association and Mississippi Orthopaedic Society.
