The Greater PineBelt Community Foundation Accreditation

The Greater PineBelt Community Foundation recently received accreditation with the nation’s highest standard for philanthropic excellence.  National Standards for U.S. Community Foundation® establish legal, ethical, effective practices for community foundations everywhere.   
Community Foundation face regulation at the state and the federal level.  The National Standards for U.S. Community Foundations® accreditation program provides an additional layer of rigorous, sector-driven and enforced accountability.  Created over a decade ago, the National Standards seal demonstrates commitment to operational excellence. 
In attendance will be House Representative Toby Barker, John O’Hara, Executive Director for the Better Business Bureau, The Greater PineBelt Community Foundation’s Board of Directors, Founding Members, Past Presidents, and Theresa Erickson, Executive Director.
