This course serves as a course of study for those preparing to take Professional in Human Resource Management (PHR) and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification examinations administered by the Human Resource Certification Institute. In addition, it serves a comprehensive, advanced course for those not seeking certification. Participants gain a generalist point of view, refresh key ideas and concepts, strengthen their understanding of core competencies and increase productivity. Long after completing the course, materials will serve as a valuable day-to-day resource  manual, providing answers to a wide range of HR challenges.
