Event at Southern Miss Office of Professional Development & Educational Outreach

This course focuses on coaching to performance management, problem-solving, empowerment, motivation, and career development. Performance coaching helps to build a positive and supportive working relationship among team members. This workshop is led by a certified facilitator who will actively model and explain the skills being developed. Exercises are based around highly effective adult learning methods and experience-based approaches while utilizing the Eight-Step Coaching Model.
