Masha\, one of ballet's pluckiest heroines\, journeys to a land where toys come to life.\n\nThe Nutcracker\, based on a fairy tale by Hoffman with Tchaikovsky's lustrous music and the magnificent choreography of Marius Petipa have combined to make this beloved story a must-see for people of all ages.\n\n \n\nWorld Ballet Series will perform The Nutcracker at Hattiesburg's Historic Saenger Theater on Tuesday\, December 6th.  The show begins at 7:00 p.m. and doors to the Saenger open at 6:00 p.m.  Tickets prices range from $35 to $175 plus fees and go on sale Friday\, September 23rd at 8:00 a.m. Tickets can be purchased directly through the link https://wbsnutcracker.eventbrite.com.\n\n \n\nAudience members will step into the whimsical\, magical world of one of the most beloved fairy tales.
