The more violent of their number robbed\, burgled\, extorted and murdered throughout the Old South\; while the kinder and gentler wing of the gang preferred gambling\, liquor and prostitution.\nChet Nicholson represented the paterfamilias of the Gulf Coast branch of the mob\, Mike Gulllich\, convicted of racketeering and eventually becoming a government witness who would solve the murders of Biloxi Judge Vince Sherry and his wife Margaret.  \nChet and his wife\, Gail\, also his law partner practice law on the Mississippi Gulf Coast between New Orleans and Mobile.\nIn addition to signing\, the author will present a reading and discussion.  Copies of the signed books will be available at Main Street Books during the hours of the signing.
